These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a binding legal agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and lv44 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the lv44.ws website, its services, games, and all associated features. By registering an account, making a deposit, or simply browsing the Platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them.

Each player may hold only one active account on lv44. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is a violation of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure. During registration you are required to:

• Provide a valid mobile number that you own and control. This number will be used for account access and verification purposes.
• Choose a secure password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

• Report any unauthorised access to your account to lv44 support immediately. lv44 accepts no liability for losses resulting from unauthorised account access where the player has failed to maintain credential security.

lv44 reserves the right to require additional identity verification (KYC) at any stage. This may include requesting a photograph of a government-issued identity document and proof of your registered payment method. Accounts may be placed on a temporary hold pending KYC completion, during which withdrawals may be restricted.

lv44 processes deposits and withdrawals through mobile wallet services and bank transfer channels available in Bangladesh. The following general rules apply to all financial transactions on the Platform:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits are displayed in the cashier section of your account and are subject to change.

lv44 reserves the right to delay, suspend, or decline a withdrawal request pending investigation if there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or a breach of these Terms. During any such investigation, the relevant funds will be placed on a temporary hold.

lv44 may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general conditions, and may have additional specific terms attached to the individual offer:

• Bonuses are credited to your account only after the qualifying deposit has been successfully processed and the bonus has been opted into where required.
• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement (rollover) that must be satisfied before any winnings derived from the bonus may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated in the specific bonus offer terms.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per player unless stated otherwise. Attempting to claim the same bonus through multiple accounts constitutes bonus abuse and will result in account closure and forfeiture of all associated balances.

lv44 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, for the following reasons among others:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions, including the eligibility, prohibited conduct, and account security sections.
• Submission of false or misleading information during registration, KYC, or any other process that requires accurate personal data.
• A player's voluntary request to close their own account, including a self-exclusion request made under the Responsible Gaming provisions.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any remaining balance may be forfeited at lv44's discretion. Where an account is closed at the player's voluntary request and no Terms breach has occurred, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method following completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.
